The vehicle is fully comprehensive insured with a deductible of CHF 1,500 per damage event (see AGB (German) section 5). In the case of gross negligence, alcohol or drug influence, or damage caused by drivers not listed in the rental agreement, the renter is fully liable without this limit.

Yes, the vehicle must be returned "full to full", i.e. with a full tank as at pickup. Otherwise fuel costs plus a service fee of CHF 20.00 will be charged (see AGB (German) section 7.3).

At least 7 calendar days before rental start: full refund. 3 to 6 calendar days before: 50% refund. Less than 3 calendar days before: no refund (see AGB (German) section 3.4).
